It wasn't easy securing the model/spec I wanted in the timeframe I needed and against a ruthless current market, however Matt was relentless and didn't give in, always pushing to meet my needs. We needed a new car urgently, ideally an SUV, after our existing vehicle suddenly developed major mechanical damage making it beyond economic repair. Ian found our Kia very quickly, finance sorted and the car is now outside our garage. No fuss or messing.

I am extremely picky with vehicle specification, additional accessories and additional features, and Ian has worked tirelessly with suppliers to ensure that every specification requested was to the standard required or higher. All three vehicles exceeded expectations and every effort was made to support, accommodate and facilitate. Ian has also been great with the after service regarding maintenance package and any other issues. I have previously used major suppliers but I can safely say that moving forward I will be using, and highly recommending, 360 Autoleasing due to the bespoke and personalised service I have received. Good communication and quick turnaround as well as competitive pricing are some of the other good qualities I have experienced.

I needed to quickly replace an old vehicle and Tracey at 360 was recommended to me by a friend. I didn't know anything about lease hire and was nervous about getting lost in all the jargon and the process of it. I need not have. Tracey was brilliant, having decided on a vehicle she guided me through everything with expertise. My phone calls, texts and emails were answered straightaway, every time and she was always on hand if I had any other questions that popped up. We found Ian through LinkedIn and was immediately impressed with his turnaround for pricing. Our Business has not been trading that long but he was able to find us a very competitive quotation, we were able to source a new vehicle within 6 weeks and we took delivery on Christmas Eve. Whilst the approval process was slow, this was nothing to do with Ian and 360 Autoleasing - all down to COVID and a lack of productivity from the finance companies. The vehicle is amazing and what is even better, the tax man is helping to fund it through the 100% corporation tax write-down and little P11D. We will be back later in the year for something else

Was after a Ford Ranger for my dad to use as a company car, Ian advised me to go against the contract hire option which I nearly did go ahead with. Thankfully we went with a normal lease deal with an optional balloon payment. Looking at this now it has saved us money in the long term and we actually have the option to own the vehicle. Ian wasn't concerned about me shopping with him, his main concern was the customer getting the right deal and advice which we did. The whole process was smooth, quick and stress free! I have dealt with George on a number of occasions. He is extremely helpful and tries to find you the best deal possible on your new vehicle of choice. Communications are excellent, paperwork is kept to a minimum and the whole experience is managed to perfection, even to the point of a post delivery contact to make sure you are happy. Having leased cars for 30 years, from many other sources than George, I have to say I would not use anyone other than George in the future as he is competitive and manages the procedure to perfection with his vast knowledge and experience of this market.
